Maison Verdi Tracks 180 Competitors Without Adding Headcount
Maison Verdi's two-person growth team now follows 180 competing brands and stores, spots launches in 4 days instead of 21, and did it without a single new hire.

The challenge
Maison Verdi’s two-person growth team was expected to know what 180 rival brands launched, advertised and emailed every week. In practice, Head of Growth Inès Laborde and one media buyer could follow about 35 with any consistency.
Research took 24 hours a week and lived in 2,000 untagged screenshots. TikTok Shop was a complete blind spot: a rival’s linen co-ord set sold out three times before the team noticed, and their version launched at a CPA 40% above target.

The solution
Maison Verdi moved to the Entreprise plan for its tracking limits and team tools. Inès split the market into three tiers, each with its own owner and review cadence, and tied every signal to a task with a decision within 48 hours.
Brand Tracker to review 40 direct rivals’ new ads, landers and emails every Monday in 90 minutes.
Store Tracker to spot fast-growing Womenswear stores by revenue growth before they became obvious.
TikTok Shop to see the best-sellers that never appear in a Meta ad.
Magic AI to find ads similar to a promising product and read how crowded the idea already is.
“We used to find out what competitors were doing from our customers. Now we see a drop the week it goes live, with a thread and a decision already on it.”
